How to Delete an Order?

When the order is Under Review or Awaiting Payment, you can cancel the order at any time. The specific steps are as follows:

Step 1: Sign in to My PCBWay and locate your order;

Step 2: Click Remove Order

Step 3: Find why you want to cancel and choose it, then the order will be deleted.

As PCBs are customized products, the orders can't be canceled after payment. In this case, please ask your sales representative for help.
