Cholesterol-inator Deep Fryer Controller

Janky board to retrofit a deep fryer that had to work around many different things that were in the way. Came out fantastic. Aside from the dozen errors I made when designing it. Still, board made this project much simpler and debugging a breeze. Ignore the spectacularly bad soldering job in the picture, that was all me.
