Prototype Link

This part was a prototype of a small link to hold bushings that was designed for lightweight aluminum. Machining the part would be inexpensive, but I used the AlSi10Mg printing service from PCBWay to test capabilities for such a small lightweight aluminum part. The parts came out absolutely wonderful and the tolerances on the bushing bores and distance overall was very very accurate in respect to the original CAD design. I am very satisfied with the print and will be printing more complicated designs with this process in the future.
