ESP-12E Dev Board Prototyping Shield

As a continuation on my ESP-12E Dev board, I decided to include a prototype shield, similar to the one I designed for use with the ESP32 DEV Board, also in Arduin form factor. The design solved lots or my own prototyping problems, resulting in faster easier development. This thus motivated me to do a similar design for the ESP-12E, as the pinouts of the two different modules are still greatly different.. The PCB was well manufactured, and is of great quality.
